Q. How long does it take to complete the Sales Call Reluctance Assessment? A. Typically it takes about 45 minutes. It's important to take it in one sitting so we get the most valid results.

Q. How do I download e-books?A. After your payment is processed, you will be e-mailed a link to a place to download the e-book in PDF format. The link has a time limit, so download it right away. If you do not have acrobat reader, you will be given an opportunity to download it when you download the e-book.
